MAIN TASKS

1. Design, Analysis and Tolerancing of optical systems
2. Establishing and maintenance of optical models
3. Conduction of optical analysis
4. Definition and derivation of optical requirements
5. Definition and conduction of trade studies to support optical design decisions
6. Coordination of design, development, integration and test activities with other engineering disciplines and technical managers
7. Presentation of the results of the optical design and analyses in internal and external meetings with the customers
8. Definition of technical specifications for optical systems, subsystems and equipment
9. Definition of optical verification strategies

YOUR QUALIFICATION

1. University degree or equivalent qualification in optics, physics, engineering or related technical discipline
2. Strong knowledge in Optics with significant expertise in Optical modelling and simulation, as well as integration and testing of optical set-ups
3. Significant experience using optical design software (e.g. ZEMAX, Code V, ASAP) as well as analytical skills
4. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
