As a Customer Service Employee in the Domain Management area, we are looking for you to join us in Regensburg as soon as possible. Career changers are also welcome. We will train you and provide ongoing education.

Tasks

  • You will handle support, analysis, and advice for our customers regarding product-specific questions.
  • You will manage technical customer support via a ticket system (email) and by phone.
  • You will record and maintain customer data.
  • You will independently take on project tasks for customers.
  • You will support cross-departmental advice and customer project solutions.

Qualifications

  • Commercial or technical training or equivalent background.
  • Experience in active customer support is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Enjoyment in communicating with customers, within the team, and across departments.
  • Computer skills, user competence, and an interest in the IT or internet industry.
  • Structured work approach, self-organization, and reliability.
  • Fluent English skills in written and spoken form (additional foreign languages are an advantage).
