About the Position

Dexis Professional Services is seeking Operations Support Analysts to support a potential opportunity with the Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa, based in Stuttgart, Germany, and/or Naples, Italy.

The Operations Support Analyst's primary duty station will be at Headquarters MARFOREUR / AF, though the location may vary. The Operations Support Analyst supports the AC / S for Operations (G3) by planning, reviewing, coordinating, evaluating, and integrating actions required to support current and future operational missions.

Responsibilities
  1. Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate the command's key battle rhythm events, including the Campaign Synchronization Working Group (CSWG) and Campaign Synchronization Board.
  2. Perform information management within the Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE), including data curation, import/export, and entry.
  3. Integrate C2IE into the Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WG) and operational planning processes to facilitate higher reporting requirements and internal collaboration.
  4. Assist with C2IE user account creation, permissions, access, training, and support.
  5. Develop, maintain, and enforce C2IE business rules.
  6. Assist in managing the Training, Exercises, and Employment Plan (TEEP).
  7. Support Marine forces deployment planning using tools like the Force Management Tool (FMT), Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), and Joint Training System (JTS).
  8. Assist in document management and proper records preservation.
  9. Provide general administrative support to the G3 as needed.
  10. Support travel arrangements for military members for operations, exercises, training, and planning events by reviewing and coordinating official travel authorizations and vouchers as a DTS Routing Official.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly related military experience; or 15 years of directly related military experience.
  • Possess a US Secret or higher-level clearance and a valid passport.
  • Willing to travel anywhere in the United States and the EUCOM and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility.
  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) required.
  • Ability to work extended hours to support surge requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

The pay range for this position is:

$66,000 - $82,000 USD
