Grundlegende Verantwortlichkeiten

Your Duties:

• System administration of Windows-based server systems, storage, Hyper-V, switches, network components, printers, and telephony.
• Maintain existing systems through software updates, security patches, and hardware upkeep.
• Support user, license, and rights management in Active Directory and other applications like SAGE and Autodesk.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and document IT hardware and software.
• Monitor and analyze network uptime and performance enterprise-wide.
• Execute assigned tasks in infrastructure and server projects under ITT management.
• Install and configure PC hardware and software, support users, and collaborate with departments on hardware/software issues.
• Optimize and maintain IT infrastructure, monitor the environment, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise teams to deliver tasks effectively.

Positionsanforderungen

Requirements:

• Studied (business) informatics or completed comparable training in IT, e.g., IT specialist for system integration, or equivalent professional experience. Business knowledge is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server environments and advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and server virtualization (Hyper-V).
• Understanding of network technology & VOIP (WAN, LAN, WLAN, telephone systems), ideally with Cisco devices.
• SQL and Progress database knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to continually learn new IT topics and find innovative solutions.
• Solution-oriented, independent, and team-oriented work style.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
