Ein etabliertes internationales Unternehmen sucht einen erfahrenen Logistikmanager, der für die Planung und Kontrolle der Warenbewegungen verantwortlich ist. In dieser spannenden Rolle sind Sie der Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden und Mitarbeiter und sorgen dafür, dass Aufträge pünktlich bearbeitet werden. Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Logistikbereich mit und haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik mit Führungserfahrung.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel.

• Planung und Kontrolle der Warenbewegungen sowie der Auftragsbearbeitung.

Jobbeschreibung

• Personnel management and responsibility in the operational area
• Planning and control including work distribution and briefing of employees
• Superordinate contact person for customers and employees or temporary workers
• Planning and controlling the movement of goods
• Ensuring that orders are processed on time, including the complete and safe processing of incoming and outgoing goods
• Daily and weekly reporting (internal and external)
• Monitoring occupational safety and disciplinary regulations
• Reporting of damage and complaints, support with complaints and claims processing and corresponding documentation
• Monitoring stock levels and carrying out inventories and cycle counts

Your Key Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable training desirable
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the logistics / forwarding sector with management experience desirable
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills are required
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
• Experience and knowledge of merchandise management systems (WMS) and SAP
• You enjoy working in a varied and exciting working environment for a global customer in a shift system
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility, independence as well as planning and organizational skills
• You have a dynamic, goal-oriented and team-oriented personality with good communication skills and are able to work under pressure
