Responsibilities:

• Manage daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to ensure flawless financial services.
• Facilitate the processing of all transactions related to corporate action events smoothly and timely.
• Coordinate detailed analyses of corporate action events to support operational decisions and identify process improvements.
• Develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support our growth.
• Communicate effectively with external partners and data providers to ensure transaction accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Completed banking apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or similar.
• Experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management; experience in a bank’s middle or back office is advantageous.
• Knowledge of securities and banking processes, including corporate actions, securities transfers, trading, and settlement.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment, balancing priorities while maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
