Responsibilities

• Manage daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to ensure flawless financial services.
• Coordinate the processing of corporate action events to ensure timely and seamless transactions.
• Analyze corporate action events to support operational decision-making and identify process improvements.
• Develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support business growth.
• Communicate with external partners and data providers to facilitate transaction processing.

Qualifications

• Completed a banking apprenticeship, or holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management; prior experience in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus.
• Knowledge of securities and banking processes such as corporate actions, securities transfers, on-exchange trading, and settlement.
• Experience working in a time-sensitive environment, balancing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
