YOUR ROLE

Operations & Strategy

  • Support the CEO across all business operations, focusing on improving internal structures and processes
  • Ensure efficient workflows to enable scaling and long-term growth
  • Develop and execute expansion strategies across new sales channels (wholesale, retail, marketplaces)
  • Coordinate with external partners (e. g. logistics, tech, distribution) to ensure seamless operations

Process Optimization & Project Management

  • Lead strategic projects to improve cross-functional efficiency
  • Define workflows and internal guidelines to streamline daily operations
  • Foster collaboration across operations, sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Improve project management systems and tools (e. g. Trello)
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth and performance across all sales channels
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for both B2B and B2C channels
  • Build and manage partnerships with key retail and distribution partners
  • Lead acquisition of new sales partners (concept stores, marketplaces, retailers)
  • Negotiate long-term agreements with partners and resellers
  • Develop sales strategies for retail and wholesale channels

Wholesale, Shop-in-Shop & Retail

  • Build and manage wholesale operations – ideally with experience in the German market
  • Oversee shop-in-shop and owned retail formats
  • Craft market entry strategies for physical retail and omnichannel models
  • Improve supply chain and B2B order processes for efficiency and profitability
  • Analyze retail performance data to refine sales strategies
  • Coordinate inventory and ordering for B2B clients

Finance & Commercial Control

  • Prepare regular revenue and market analyses to guide decision-making
  • Own pricing strategy, margin control, and cost optimization

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must-Haves

  • 3–7 years of experience in a similar role (e. g. Sales Manager, Operations Manager with commercial focus)
  • Proven track record in scaling sales channels (especially wholesale and shop-in-shop)
  • Strong experience in wholesale, retail, or distribution – ideally in fashion or lifestyle
  • Strong operational and strategic mindset with a talent for optimization
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for B2B relationships
  • Hands-on mentality with the drive to improve and take ownership

Strong Pluses

  • Experience launching own retail or shop-in-shop concepts
  • Background in fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with Shopify and ERP systems
  • Experience in internationalizing a D2C brand
