A leading company in defense consulting is seeking an Operations Readiness and Assessments Analyst. You will leverage your analysis and critical thinking capabilities to assess operational activities for the Marine Corps. Operations Readiness and Assessments Analyst

As an Operations Readiness and Assessment Analyst, you’ll bring your assessment and critical thinking expertise to work on projects for the Marine Corps. You’ll research, develop, analyze, and assess, development of campaign plans, execution of operational activities, and investments. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.
You’ll guide the work we do for campaigning and theater security cooperation events that set the theater, and the solutions we deliver that touch future military missions, defense planning, national security, strategic planning, defense mission planning, and national defense strategy.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with exercise and operations assessments at a General Officer-led military headquarters, including assessments of Joint exercises, security cooperation events, service exercises, and internal headquarters-level assessments
Experience with Joint Training Information Systems (JTIMS)
Experience with DoD readiness software’s Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in the European or African theaters
Experience with the United States Marine Corps and Marine Corps-specific systems
Experience with assessments and readiness analysis at the tactical and operational levels of warfare
Experience with preparing and presenting briefings to senior leadership
Experience with joint planning, building partner capacity operations, and expeditionary operations
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
