What you will do

• Be the heart of our team culture - fostering a positive atmosphere, connecting with everyone across the company, and helping make our office a place where people love to be.
• Own and streamline all administrative and operational processes to keep us running smoothly.
• Handle travel bookings, internal events, and logistics - making sure everything is organized and efficient.
• Support finance processes by handling invoices, managing purchase orders, and assisting with accounting requests from our accountants and CEO.

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles - ideally in a startup or dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing track of the details.
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
• A structured way of working with a sense of ownership and reliability.
• Familiarity with financial processes such as invoicing and accounting basics.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office and other common admin tools.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
