As the Operations Manager Wholesale (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Neu-Isenburg you will own the end-to-end outbound operations process across wholesale channels. From order conversion and shipment planning to partner onboarding and customer operations, you will ensure flawless execution during high-impact drops, seasonal launches, and everyday fulfillment. As part of the Customer Operations team you will report to the Director Commercial Planning & Operations. Your work will directly shape sales performance, the growth of Alpha Industries in Europe and the customer experience—balancing speed, precision, and streetwear culture in a dynamic global marketplace.

Your mission

Marketplace Execution & Fulfillment

• Lead outbound fulfillment strategies across wholesale/retail partners to ensure fast and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch operations for seasonal collections, limited-edition releases, and brand collabs.
• Ensure execution of shipment plans, coverage goals, and orderbook conversion across European channels.
  
  

Partner & Channel Operations

• Collaborate with key wholesale, boutique, and online retail partners to streamline supply chain, inventory flow, and order management.
• Drive the onboarding and operational integration of new international and domestic partners.
• Act as the primary operations point of contact.
  
  

Inventory & Drop Management

• Monitor orderbook allocation for upcoming deliveries, minimizing stockouts and cancellation rates.
• Resolve fulfillment exceptions and order delays swiftly, especially during peak periods and high-volume drops.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Coach and grow a high-performing Customer Operations team aligned with the fast-paced rhythm of streetwear.
• Cultivate a mindset of agility, ownership, and obsession with customer experience.
  
  

Analytics, KPI Tracking & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards to track shipment performance, OTIF (On Time In Full), backlog aging, cancellation % and monthly shipping targets
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, reduce backlog days, and recommend scalable improvements.
  
  

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Continuously evolve outbound operations by identifying automation opportunities and streamlining order-to-cash workflows.
• Improve warehouse coordination through proactive planning and execution strategies.
  
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Planning, Merch, E-Commerce, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure operational alignment with brand priorities.
• Represent customer operations in cross-functional meetings and projects.
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in operations, supply chain management or commerce with a mindset that embraces entrepreneurial thinking and innovation - preferably within streetwear, fashion or FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (German & English).
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities (Excel, ERP, BI tools e.g. Power BI).
• Passion for streetwear, consumer experience, and driving operational excellence.
