Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer, focusing on the Polish market.
• You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience, including:

Documentation analysis and management of customer requests within our CRM / Predictive Maintenance Tool.

• Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners.
• Providing proactive and transparent communication to our customers.
• Ensuring that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within industry legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Helping us to further improve our service quality and operational excellence.
• Contributing to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.

Your Profile

• University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
• Work experience within the eMobility or customer service industry.
• Initial experience in DC infrastructure operations.
• Ability to problem-solve with ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Polish; additional languages are a plus.
• A can-do attitude with willingness to contribute to a new business area.
