Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure the stability of our high-power charging network for a major OEM customer, focusing on the French market.
  • Operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience, including:

Documentation analysis and management of customer requests within our CRM and Predictive Maintenance tools.

  • Implement relevant suppression measures and coordinate with field service partners.
  • Maintain proactive and transparent communication with customers.
  • Ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected in compliance with industry legislation and regulations.
  • Contribute to improving service quality and operational excellence.
  • Support the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
Your Profile
  • University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
  • Experience in the eMobility or customer service industry.
  • Initial experience with DC infrastructure operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to a new business area.
