You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with a focus on our Polish market. You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including:
University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training
Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry
Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations
Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Polish - additional languages are a plus
Can-do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area
