Zusammenfassung

Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is seeking an Operations Manager to manage orders for take-back systems including waste batteries, WEEE, and packaging. You will handle order processing, data entry, registration and reporting, and use Navision for invoices and credits.

You will support customers and service providers by telephone, strengthening partnerships and resolving issues. A proactive, accurate, and independently-driven professional is desired.

Qualifikationen

• You have completed a commercial vocational training and seek a new professional challenge.
• Experience in operational business processes is desirable.
• You work independently with ownership and meet deadlines.
• You are precise, structured and proficient in MS Office and adapt quickly to IT systems.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking; fluent French or Spanish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• You will work in order management for our leading take-back systems for waste batteries, electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), and packaging.
• You will carry out regular operational tasks such as order processing, data entry, registration, and customer reporting.
• Using our IT system, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, you will create and review invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Through telephone-based advisory support for customers and service providers, you will strengthen partner relationships and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• You continuously reflect on your work processes and actively contribute to improving and shaping the future development of your role.

• You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training and are now looking for an exciting new professional challenge.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in operational business processes.
• With your hands-on mentality and strong communication skills, you are a reliable and collaborative team player.

• You have solid MS Office skills and quickly adapt to new IT systems and digital environments.
