Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is an innovative technology service provider for global material handling players. Through our scalable platform solutions, we address consumer goods and material take-back challenges worldwide and connect all stakeholders within the reverse logistics value chain. Our goal is to maximise the value of recyclable goods by optimising take-back processes. We work with manufacturers, retailers, and government organisations in over 80 countries, enabling smooth circular material flows, as well as maximising resource efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for ensuring the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance for our customers through correct reporting of put-to-market volumes to compliance schemes and authorities
- After an initial training period you will handle our customers' product and sales data to create EPR compliance reports
- You will communicate to your clients on data related question regarding their product and sales data as well as their EPR reports
- Based on the analysis of changes of EPR legislation done by our Regulatory Monitoring Team you will assess implications for your customers and implement data-related solutions
- Together with the entire team you will further develop our service portfolio to strengthen RLG's position as one-stop-shop for EPR compliance
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Circular Economy, Environmental Policy, Waste Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
- Initial professional experience or internships in data analysis, environmental compliance, sustainability, or a related area are an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with large datasets, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in environmental legislation, circular economy, and sustainability topics.
- A structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused way of working.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive team player with a high level of ownership and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
