We’re looking for a tech-savvy Operations Manager with a background in backend development who’s ready to step into a strategic, operations-focused role. You’ll be responsible for optimizing and automating internal processes—especially around invoicing, reporting, and systems integration. This role is ideal for you if you want to pivot from a developer/heavily tech focused role into Operations, bringing a builder mindset and a passion for process improvement.

YOUR TALENT

You have 3+ years of experience in a role with backend development responsibilities or proven experience in automating and optimizing processes. You’re now looking to transition into a more Operations-focused role and move beyond purely development-focused work.

• You’re proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience connecting and working with APIs and databases is a must.
• You have a data-driven mindset and pay close attention to detail.
• You’re passionate about optimizing and automating processes.
• You’re a self-starter with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and be output/results-driven.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HubSpot.
• Experience using Jira.
• Familiarity with invoicing systems or finance operations.
• Previous experience in startups or high-growth environments.

HAVE AN IMPACT

Playing a key role in our operations team, focused on optimizing and automating internal processes:

• Execute and continuously improve our existing invoicing automation process.
• Build integrations between systems using APIs and databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., tech, finance, business ops).
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
• Take ownership of operational efficiency projects from start to finish.
