We’re looking for a tech-savvy Operations Manager with a background in backend development who’s ready to step into a strategic, operations-focused role. You’ll be responsible for optimizing and automating internal processes—especially around invoicing, reporting, and systems integration. This role is ideal for you if you want to pivot from a developer/heavily tech focused role into Operations, bringing a builder mindset and a passion for process improvement.
You have 3+ years of experience in a role with backend development responsibilities or proven experience in automating and optimizing processes. You’re now looking to transition into a more Operations-focused role and move beyond purely development-focused work.
