About The Opportunity:

• We are seeking an Operations Manager for our new Kalle Halle food court in Neukölln, Berlin.
• You will report directly to the Assistant General Manager.

How we see the role & what you will do:

• Manage market operations during shifts, ensuring all opening, closing, and management checklists and tasks are completed daily. Each day offers new challenges.
• Create memorable experiences for our guests with every visit.
• Hire, train, motivate, and inspire a passionate team.
• Create schedules and resolve conflicts promptly to ensure the market restaurant and bar are well-staffed.
• Interact warmly, professionally, and helpfully with guests, aiming to exceed their expectations.
• Ensure the market area is set according to Kalle Halle SOPs for each shift.
• Coordinate and manage the reservations system.
• Report daily revenues.
• Support the culinary team with menus, service, and product availability.
• Assist the Assistant General Manager with administrative tasks such as stock management, ordering, and stock counts.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
