Your Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the stability of our high-power charging network for a major OEM customer, focusing on the French market.
  2. Operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience, including:
    1. Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM / Predictive Maintenance Tool.
    2. Implement relevant suppression measures and coordinate with field service partners.
    3. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with customers.
    4. Ensure charger infrastructure maintenance and inspections comply with industry legislation and regulations.
    5. Contribute to improving service quality and operational excellence.
    6. Support the growth of our eMobility business.
Your Profile
  1. University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
  2. Experience in the eMobility or customer service industry.
  3. Initial experience with DC infrastructure operations.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize collaboratively within a team.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  6. A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a new business area.
