Operations Manager (f/m/d) Renewable Energies

As Operations Manager (f/m/d), you are part of the French country team, collaborating closely with many other teams at our headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for our French customers, responsible for ensuring their high satisfaction. Additionally, you will act as the interface between internal teams, customers, and grid operators to ensure seamless technical integrations and efficient operations.

  • You provide high-quality customer service and support, maintaining regular contact with customers to address inquiries and meet requirements.
  • You liaise with network operators, manage certifications and capacity transfers, and support the implementation of new processes.
  • In collaboration with internal teams, you facilitate the integration of customer assets into our Virtual Power Plant and maintain accurate data in our systems.
  • You work on optimizing and automating operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • You enjoy working with various teams and stakeholders both digitally and onsite.
  • You are eager to learn and passionate about the evolving energy sector.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics).
  • You have several years of experience in customer service or operations management within the energy sector; experience with a French grid operator is a plus.
  • You possess a service mindset, high customer orientation, and excellent communication skills.
  • Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills enable you to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and implement effective solutions.
  • You are fluent in French and English; German skills are a plus.
