Your mission

As Operations Manager - Dutch speaking (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a customer service project for a Dutch client in the telco sector. You will oversee operational and strategic aspects and lead up to 5 team leads (freelancers) with up to 25 team members below them. This role requires occasional travel to the Netherlands and Munich, depending on client requests. Preferably, you will reside in Berlin, Munich, or Halle.

Your responsibilities

1. Project management & account management: Act as the primary contact for clients. Collaborate with your teams to plan and execute strategic projects aligned with client objectives.
2. Analytical mindset: Analyze data to optimize processes, identify new opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources and budgets.
3. Leadership & sales expertise: Recruit new team leads, conduct feedback sessions, and coach your teams. Utilize your sales skills to guide and develop your teams in this area.
4. Stakeholder management: Work closely with stakeholders to improve project performance and share best practices within Operations.
5. Innovation & technology: Keep abreast of trends in AI and technology, integrating innovative solutions into your projects to drive success.

1. Experience in project management, client support, and strategic planning: Able to manage projects effectively and inspire clients.
2. Data analysis skills: Transform data into actionable recommendations, experienced with KPIs and large data sets.
3. Leadership experience: Motivational, authentic leader capable of managing remote freelancers and larger teams.
4. Communication skills: Fluent in Dutch, German, and English; solution-oriented and team-oriented mindset.
5. Passion for technology and AI: Utilize innovations to enhance project efficiency.
