Position : Operations Germany

Operations Manager Germany

We are seeking a person with business acumen and proven consultancy skills within a cross-functional environment of various stakeholders to join us as Operations Manager in our Insights to Impact & Go-to-Market team based in Monheim, Germany.

About the role

As the Operations Manager, you will lead end-to-end stakeholder management and continuously improve the deployment of Veeva CRM ORBIT as an integrated Closed Loop Relationship Management (CLRM) solution, along with related business processes. Reporting directly to the Operations Lead Germany, you will act as a key interface between the European Insights-to-Impact (I2I) organization and local Business Units stakeholders.

Who you'll work with

You will collaborate with your EU team of Operations Managers dedicated to different areas, responsible for continuous improvement activities to support the business in achieving operational excellence and meeting targets. You will also interact with local, regional, and EU stakeholders, as well as IT and external vendor teams.

What you'll do

  • Ensure EU strategic alignment by acting as an interface between strategy and tactical planning, and participate in defining operational strategy with the German leadership team.
  • Partner with various functional roles (commercial, medical, access, back office) to facilitate informed decision-making based on data, in alignment with the Area Leadership Team.
  • Manage end-to-end processes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely rollout of OmniChannel Plans for each promotional cycle, including business requirements consolidation, external vendor alignment, and hyper-care support.
  • Translate business requests into CRM design solutions and tailor the development of the CLRM platform roadmap with EU teams to meet local business requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality for activity data, collaborating with the I2I Reporting Team and external vendors to manage account and healthcare organization data quality.
  • Leverage and communicate relevant information within the I2I team and local stakeholder networks to facilitate information flow between the EU organization and your area.
  • Develop and ensure the execution of a CLRM platform roadmap for Germany, implementing strategies based on data insights.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate data sets for management review and structured thinking.
  • Effective change management skills, with innovative thinking and the ability to drive initiatives while handling risk and uncertainty.
  • Proven project management skills, including negotiation, planning, prioritization, and time management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; digital and IT savvy; familiarity with Human Resources systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
  • Hands-on CRM experience.
