About Us

Green Energy Access, part of the rapidly expanding Energise Energy Solutions group, is a fast-growing scaffolding and access services provider set to become a major force in the scaffolding industry.

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while managing scaffolding teams and coordinating with other site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, allocate, and supervise scaffolding work crews.
  • Inspect scaffolding materials and structures before, during, and after erection.
  • Always ensure scaffolding stability and safety.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance.
  • Train new staff on scaffolding safety protocols and techniques.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to align scaffolding activities with project timelines.
  • Manage scaffolding inventory and order materials as needed.
  • Resolve on‑site scaffolding issues promptly.
Role Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISRS Advanced Scaffolding / SMSTS Manager Training or OSHA Construction Safety. Several years of experience in scaffolding, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
