As Operations Lead, you'll be in charge of their biggest Operations Center worldwide.

Tasks

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Managers, Operations Associates, and Mechanics
• Take full ownership of the P&L and budget, ensuring financial targets are met
• Dive deep into data to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities
• Create and implement smart, scalable processes that drive smooth operations and strong financial performance
• Partner across the company to fuel rapid growth and expansion in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Requirements

• Strong academic background with a track record of excellence
• 5 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, or a comparable field
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• A natural leader and communicator able to motivate, inspire, and manage large teams with confidence
• Sharp problem-solving skills: detail-oriented, data-driven, and always digging for root causes
• Ready to take full ownership of a complex operational setup and deliver real impact
