Upway in Stuttgart is seeking an Operations Internship to join our fast-growing team. You will help analyze, optimize and own parts of our operational flow, contributing to a smoother customer experience and scalable processes.

You will work closely with Tech, Finance and Marketing, gain hands-on exposure to data dashboards, and train warehouse technicians while developing problem-solving and German/English communication skills.

Compensation: €2,500 - €3,000 / month

Description

The Operations team’s role is to build and improve our processes in order to offer a seamless customer experience. Our goal is to build the most efficient, highest-quality and safest operation at scale, so we can refurbish over 1 million E-bikes in the next 4 years!

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, improve and take ownership of key parts of our operational flow, so that our operations get better every day
• Go deep into our data to find optimization opportunities
• Design and implement processes to optimize customer experience and financial efficiency
• Set up tools and dashboards to get an accurate view on operations and ensure data cleanliness
• Manage and train Warehouse Technicians on the floor to ensure quality and speed of execution
• Work closely with the rest of the company (Tech, Finance, Marketing) to support fast growth and expansion
