Clera is seeking an hands-on operations role in Berlin to own key parts of the business from day one and drive automation. You will partner with founding leadership, fix inefficiencies, and automate manual processes to enable scalable growth.
The role requires autonomy in managing end-to-end workflows, strong no-code tooling skills (n8n, Zapier, Airtable), and German fluency to coordinate with local partners and customers. On-site in Berlin, five days a week.
This is a hands-on operations role at a fast-growing healthtech startup, sitting directly alongside founding leadership. You will own real parts of the business from day one, with a clear path to a full-time position after 3 to 6 months. The expectation is simple: if something is broken, you fix it; if something is manual, you automate it away.
Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, appointment scheduling, results delivery, and retention.
Coordinate a network of lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers across Europe.
Build and maintain internal tooling and automations using tools like n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, and scripting languages.
Design and document operational playbooks that allow the business to scale customers significantly without proportional headcount growth.
0 to 2 years of experience in an operations, builder, or similar hands-on role.
Proven, practical experience building automations and workflows with no-code or scripting tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, or Python.
Comfortable owning end-to-end processes autonomously, not a support or shadowing role.
Automation-first mindset: you reach for tooling before reaching for manual effort.
Native-level German fluency, required for coordinating with local partners and customers.
Based in Berlin and able to work on-site five days a week.
Salary range: 30,000 to 36,000 EUR annually. No visa sponsorship is available.
On-site, five days a week in Berlin, Germany.
