Clera in Berlin, Germany, seeks a hands-on operations professional to join our supply chain, logistics and process improvement initiatives. You will help keep orders flowing and support day-to-day operations that impact delivery promises.

You will coordinate with producers, warehouses and software providers; analyze workflows; support planning and logistics; and manage ERP/WMS tools. Fluency in German and English is required, and this role is on-site in Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations internships.
• Hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or logistics functions.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments, with an understanding of customer fulfillment workflows.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, logistics management tools, or warehouse management systems.
• Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communicator, able to coordinate confidently across multiple stakeholders including producers, warehouses, and technology partners.
• Full fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.

You'll support day-to-day operations that keep orders flowing smoothly to customers, and your work will have a direct impact on the business's ability to deliver on its promises.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €40,000 – €60,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
