Aeyde in Berlin seeks a commercially driven Central Commercial Planning Manager to guide data-driven planning across Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Commercial teams. You will analyze performance, build actionable insights, and support budgeting, forecasting and automation to enable global brand growth.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled decision making. Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role in a fast-paced environment (e.g. fashion or brand e-commerce, banking, start‑ups, strategy consulting).
• University degree in a quantitative field with a strong business focus (e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering, MBA).
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel / Google Sheets are a must, ideally experience in AI data tools.
• Advanced understanding of the typical e‑commerce and finance KPI.
• Previous experience with BI and data tools.
• Very strong quantitative analytical skills and confident handling large dataset.
• Fashion/ e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
• Well‑structured and organized way of working.
• Good team player
• Clear, efficient and friendly in verbal as well as written communication (fluent English, German is a plus).

What you will do:

Aeyde is seeking a commercially driven Central Commercial Planning Manager with a strong background in tools and analytics to support data-informed decision-making across the business. In this role, you will analyze performance, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and provide insights that support strategic and operational initiatives. You will shape all planning-related activities to support global expansion and brand growth.

You will work cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Commercial, helping translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Support cross-functional teams in achieving their commercial goals by providing insightful reports, analytical deep dives, and planning and tooling support.
• Develop ad hoc business cases that support sales growth and/or cost improvement initiatives.
• Build clear, structured presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and implement tools and automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making under different business assumptions.
• Assist in the evaluation of new tools, systems, or data sources to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Drive AI innovation and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
