Your Job What This Role Looks Like.
Ensuring the operational stability of the product within the product team, including controlling and monitoring
Clearly communicating all ongoing issues related to the product, especially during outages (major incidents)
Providing up-to-date support information
Coordinating and facilitating ITSM artefacts daily, including requests, incidents, problems, knowledge articles, events and changes
Ensuring required documentation (e.g. support information, information related to major incidents, guidelines, policies, application fact sheets) is available and up to date in the respective systems
Identifying risks affecting operational stability, recognising potential for improvement and suggesting corrective measures to the Product Owner and the product team
Collaborating with the product team and Product Owner to drive improvements and reduce the number of incidents and outages
Creating and reviewing operations reports and improving operations (defining and implementing measures)
Serving as the first point of contact and escalation instance for operational stability and improvement topics, as well as participating in community practices or chapter events
Supporting adherence to security policies and relevant information security standards in alignment with security and product team (e.g. Software Architects, Developers or DevOps Engineers).
Your Profile What You Bring With You.
Good understanding of IT operational processes (e.g. incidents, problems)
University degree or similar qualifications (apprenticeship) with a main focus on supply chain/logistics processes
Experience in ensuring stable and efficient product operations
Extensive expertise and hands-on knowledge of operation and maintenance concepts, tools and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
Fluency in English
