You’ll play a key role in keeping our startup running like a well-oiled machine, supporting both our internal team and external stakeholders with structure, heart, and hustle.

Tasks

What You’ll Take Care Of:

  • All things Backoffice: from travel bookings to organizing receipts to keeping our accounting prep squeaky clean
  • Cost controlling for external trainers and learning projects
  • Preparing our yearly company report
  • Assisting with investor reporting — timely, clear, and accurate
  • Being the friendly go-to for our learners when they need support
  • Helping our training delivery team stay on top of their game
