Job Description

Your task is to configure and customize our Jira Cloud instance, including the creation of custom fields, workflows, screens, issue types, and schemas.

Above all, managing user accounts, permissions, and groups in Jira Cloud, ensuring appropriate access levels and security measures, is part of your daily responsibilities.

As a key contributor (m/f/d), you will collaborate with other teams to utilize plugins such as EasyAgile Programs, EazyBI, and Structure, understand project management workflows, collect Jira configurations, and improve these processes.

You will be responsible for integrating Jira Cloud with other tools and systems, such as Confluence Cloud, and monitoring system performance and maintenance to ensure the platform's stability and reliability.

You will also maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices related to Jira Cloud administration for reference and training purposes.

What you'll bring

• You have a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 5-6 years of professional experience in configuring, customizing, and plugin administration of Jira Cloud.
• You can demonstrate knowledge of user administration, authorizations, and security configurations in Jira Cloud through practical experience. Jira Cloud certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) and experience with agile frameworks (especially SAFe) are a plus.
• You describe yourself as analytical, problem-solving, and communicative, with an organized way of working.
• You possess very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
