Our client is hiring an Operations Director to join their team. Their ambition is to grow this candidate from Operations Director to COO / Managing Director of the company.

About The Role:

As part of its growth strategy, our client is now looking for its new Operations Director. The Operations Director will ensure processes and performances across the company are met. He will also be the face of the company and therefore meet key accounts. Naturally, this position could quickly evolve toward a Managing Director role.

The ideal candidate has experience managing teams, budgets, clients, and optimizing processes. An engineering or product background would be highly appreciated. Knowledge of the automotive industry or a related industry is a must.

This position is ideal for an experienced product director or sales director, eager to join a human-sized company that is part of a larger organization with ambitious career goals. You are curious, open, creative, and motivated by the idea of joining a legacy product with a strong client base.

About You:

• Business degree.
• Strong experience as a Product Director, managing teams.
• Expertise in SaaS.
• Experience in the automotive industry (big plus).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Languages: German (native level), English (fluent to native level), French is a plus.
• Understanding of corporate finances.
