As Mace continues to pursue growth in the data centre sector, we are looking to expand our growing team with senior appointments to support the business in driving growth and delivering existing and upcoming data centre schemes in Berlin and Frankfurt Germany. You’ll need to have:
A growth mindset and ability to cross sell services.
Experienced in delivery of complex industrial, manufacturing and data centre environments.
Management of multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations.
Professional membership i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
Experience of growing a relevant sector within a consultancy environment.
Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
