Your responsibilities:

Operational Topics:

  • Handling various reporting and governance processes, such as data privacy responsibilities
  • Managing service contracts, including assisting with renewals processes
  • Coordinating compliance projects

Talent Processes:

  • Overseeing recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and managing communications

Sustainability & ESG Reporting:

  • Supporting our ESG reporting requirements, including the annual report and ad hoc requests
  • Assisting with fund investments onboarding by coordinating paperwork with legal and other departments
  • Managing monthly reporting and document flows to internal departments
  • Liaising with fund managers to set up quarterly review meetings
What we would expect from you...
  • Experience in relevant administrative or operational role;understanding of investment/ VC sector a plus
  • Ownership and responsibility across a range of work verticals, operating with quick turnaround timelines and good stakeholder management
  • Highly organised, diligent and detail focused with proven experience in operational processes and smooth execution of projects and daily activities
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic working environments with a variety of different tasks
  • Team-oriented attitude, capability to work well in distributed teams and in remote working environments
  • Technical capabilities working with the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate across diverse teams and with a variety of different stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and English, capable of engaging effectively in both languages for diverse stakeholder communication worldwide
