We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for the efficient management of incoming claims and damages. The goal is to process damages thoroughly, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

About The Role

As an Operations Coordinator, your main tasks will be administrative support, but you will also have an opportunity to work on and support projects. You are an independent person, who wants to develop in your role.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and document accidents and damages according to specifications.
• Handle damages and claims with insurance.
• Follow-up communication with customers and insurers about accidents and claims.
• Create reports to monitor volumes and performance.
• Assist with further operational duties as requested.

About you:

• You have experience in working on motor vehicle claims settlement (preferred but not mandatory).
• You care about people and are passionate about helping others.
• You are an excellent communicator in English and German.
• You are a natural problem solver and quick learner.
• You have very good attention to detail and can multitask, prioritize, and focus.
