Ground Operations; Air Network; Road Network; Clearance Operations: Leads the on-site implementation and support of key strategic initiatives across multiple facilities. Assists project teams in facilitating communication with facility management, district staff, and field employees to ensure the successful completion of tasks. Monitors progress and ensures compliance with procedures and standards.

Applies specialist knowledge to perform and review processes within and across departments, supporting the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Participates in designing, developing, and implementing processes within area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the on-site implementation and support of strategic initiatives across facilities.
  2. Assist teams in effective communication with management and staff.
  3. Ensure timely task completion for project success.
  4. Monitor progress of initiatives across facilities.
  5. Ensure adherence to procedures, standards, and compliance.
Training and Support

Provide specialist advice, manage systems or projects, and support process development or change initiatives.

Communication and Reporting
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to management.
  • Facilitate feedback between operations and depots.
  • Act as liaison with quality teams and external partners.
  • Lead process standardization and software rollouts.
  • Coach teams on Lean and Project Management methodologies.
  • Collaborate to prioritize and implement improvements.
  • Lead during peak operational periods.
Minimal Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in Change Management or similar; 3-4 years preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Strong presentation, project management, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with internal teams and external providers.
  • Contribute to initiatives improving last-mile delivery.
  • Support programs like Purple Promise, Safety First, QDM, Kaizen, Lean.

Reporting to District Manager Kubilay Oezalan and Hiring MD Andre Zabel, with compensation based on regional collective agreements.
