Qualifikationen

About the Opportunity

Job Type: Permanent | Application Deadline: 31 August 2025

Responsibilities
  • Open, sort, and scan incoming mail
  • Send physical mail and packages
  • Monitor and manage the team mailbox
  • Collect and analyze statistical data
  • Report unstructured or non-standard order entries to internal teams
  • Review and code team-related invoices
  • Optimize and document processes
  • Assist with special tasks such as system tests
  • Support the team leader with daily paperless tasks
  • Collaborate with the IT team of Inbound Correspondence
  • Create SQL reports
  • Monitor and generate Power BI reports and PowerShell scripts
  • Communicate with external service providers, such as IT vendors or Deutsche Post AG
Qualifications
  • Knowledge, experience, and interest in automating and optimizing processes
  • Excellent team player with high self-motivation
  • Customer and service-oriented
  • Interest in SQL and Power BI/Shell scripting
  • Process-oriented thinking
  • Relevant administrative experience, ideally in a financial services environment
  • Fluent in German
  • Good English skills
