The Role

Gigs' Connectivity area is responsible for building and running connectivity that powers all Gigs' products and customers. The area sits cross-functionally between Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Customer Success.

As a Connectivity Operations Associate, you will be part of our ConnOps team that ensures Gigs' connectivity always works smoothly. You will work closely with our Connectivity Partnership Managers (who are running Gigs' telco partnerships and lead new connectivity/market launches), and be responsible for a range of topics; spanning driving workstreams in larger projects to taking care of critical ongoing connectivity processes and tasks - and finding ways to optimize those.

Connectivity Operations Associate is a good entry point to Gigs; you will get to know Connectivity closely and get exposure to many different teams at Gigs. As Connectivity is central to what we do at Gigs, having a deep understanding of it will help your future career at Gigs.

What You Will Do

1. Operations: Run key connectivity operations processes and tasks to make sure our connectivity runs smoothly - this includes e.g. plan provisioning and optimization, SIM order management and warehousing, fraud monitoring, external partnership management, collaborating across teams to support customers to go live etc.
2. Project Management: Manage your own workstreams in company-wide initiatives & projects. Support the running of Gigs' external testing program and Gigs' device certification program.
3. Process Scaling & Optimization: Identify and implement improvement opportunities in the processes and tasks that you own.

3. Analytical Strength: You are comfortable building detailed business cases, modeling partnership economics, and using data-driven insights to inform decisions and evaluate opportunities.
4. Relationship Builder: You excel at establishing and maintaining trust with clients, managing complex relationships, addressing concerns proactively, and becoming a valued advisor within large organizations.
5. Collaborative Partner: You work effectively across departments to align commercial strategies with operational capabilities, build trust internally and externally, and drive meaningful results through collaboration and influence.
6. Make Things Happen: You have a strong inner drive and you make things happen - even if the path forward is uncertain.
