We are looking for a rigorous profile with a data-driven mindset to join the Lime operations team in Berlin. As an Operations Associate, you will continually improve our fleet, coordinate our teams in the warehouse and in the field, and be the eyes and ears to understand the local needs of our users. You'll face challenges throughout our operational journey, from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse to the end of a customer's ride. This position is a great opportunity to be on the front line in shaping the future of mobility.

What You’ll Do:

1. Hire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for deploying, replacing, and retrieving our shared electric vehicles.
2. Build a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet of vehicles for the Frankfurt region.
3. Define new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence within and outside the warehouse.
4. Partner cross-functionally on operations projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s).
5. Define and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s).
6. Provide complaint management and customer incident investigation support.
7. Partner with the local Government Relations representative to manage key Legal, Regulatory, and Safety issues.
8. Maintain positive relationships between customers, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime management.
9. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive local initiatives for revenue growth.

About You:

1. 3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position.
2. Experience leading teams or groups preferred.
3. Demonstrated expertise with the Frankfurt region and ability to anticipate operational needs and challenges within this area.
4. Grit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
5. High-energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data-based decisions with a cost-focused mindset.
6. Fluent verbal and written German and English language skills.
7. Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau & SQL knowledge a bonus) with the ability to navigate and draw inference from data.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
9. Role Location: The person hired for this role must be within the Berlin area of a Lime Warehouse.
