Tasks

  • Be able to work 10-20 hours per week with 1 full day in the office

  • Prepare bookkeeping and payroll (don’t worry, we have a tax advisor as well!)

  • Maintain internal KPI tracking system

  • Implement and optimise processes to enhance efficiency

  • Organise team events and logistics

  • Be the point of contact for all HR-related concerns


Requirements

  • Reliable, process-minded and organised

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills: Detail-oriented, dependable, and efficient with operational work

  • Ability to handle recurring tasks reliably

  • Good time management and self-organisation: Able to deliver without micromanagement

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and externals

  • Strong written and verbal communication in German & English

  • 2 years of experience with admin or ops work

  • Bonus: Knowledge of basic bookkeeping, grant documentation, HR processes
