Job summary

JD.COM in Oberhausen, Germany, is seeking a Training PMO to partner with warehouse leaders, design capability gaps, and build targeted training plans for frontline operations.

You will coordinate onboarding and training across Europe, collect data on attendance, assessments, and performance, and convert SOPs into courses, toolkits, and job aids. The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, LMS experience, and willingness to visit sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training, L&D, Training Ops, HRBP or Project Management.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, manufacturing or frontline operations is preferred.
• Understanding of inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound processes is a strong advantage.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, project coordination and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; LMS or dashboard experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Chinese or another European language is an advantage.
