Your responsibilities

1. Support and lead key processes within the Operational Risk Strategy team, such as the Maintenance & Risk (M&R) budgeting process and the Operational Insurance Strategy.
2. Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and external partners to ensure risk-related processes reflect technical insights and strategic needs.
3. Translate operational risk and market insights into planning inputs and actionable recommendations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective decision-making and alignment.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and coordinate related initiatives, often in cross-functional projects.
6. Participate actively in team and departmental projects, sharing your perspective and learning from others.

Your profile

• A university degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Experience in structured environments, with exposure to risk, planning, or technical topics.
• Proven ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Structured, thoughtful working style; ability to simplify complex topics for decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident working across functions and hierarchies.
• Proactive, curious, motivated to contribute to continuous improvement and personal development.
• Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
