Operational Resilience:

The Team Operational Resilience is a 1st Line of Defense team managing operational risk related regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include:

• Translate regulatory requirements into Guidelines and Procedures
• Define, shape, and coordinate processes according to regulatory requirements
• Oversee the process landscape with an end-to-end view
• Consult the business and run process analysis to increase efficiency and improve customer experience
• Guide the business with risk & control activities
• Maintain central registers & hubs
• Manage annual review of regulatory documentation

About your role :

As Operational Resilience Manager, you will liaise with all business units, conduct analysis and assessments based on standardized templates, manage annual reviews, support the business, and maintain central hubs & registers.

Business Continuity Management (BCM):

• Perform Business Impact Assessments and related activities
• Capture BCM plans and support annual reviews
• Support the annual test plan

End User Computing (EUC):

• Consult the business units with EUC assessments and perform periodic controls for compliance

Information Security (IS):

• Support the annual review of protection requirements analysis
• Assist in updating the information register and other IS activities

Records & Contract Management :

• Identify records and support reviews and data deletion processes
• Manage the contract hub (central storage of contracts)

Documentation :

• Develop procedures, guidelines, templates
• Maintain the process landscape

About you :

The ideal candidate:

• Understands regulatory requirements per MaRisk, BAIT, GDPR and supports related activities
• Possesses strong organizational skills and enjoys team collaboration
• Has a background in Risk Management, Business Continuity, or Information Security
• Has at least 2 years of experience in these fields
• Holds a professional banking qualification or experience in financial markets
• Is accurate in control activities and communicates effectively
• Has extensive knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Fluent in German and English
