The role will involve managing procurement processes in SAP and Coupa, requiring diligence and strong IT skills. You will support the Group Procurement Team by managing operational procurement activities in SAP S/4HANA and Coupa systems, including planning runs, fulfilling procurement requirements, and executing order processes for IT hardware and software, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. You will also manage stock levels of IT hardware and optimize inventory management to meet business demands.
You will assist our Global Category Managers and Buyers throughout the procurement process, from preparation to execution, including sourcing activities with guidance from Category Managers.
Support the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies. Assist Global Procurement Managers with using Coupa for tenders (RFP, RFQ), organizing paperwork, and providing regular reports on procurement activities and statuses.
Leverage your studies and internship experiences to enhance sourcing activities, supporting supplier and market analysis through research and results preparation.
Develop effective, trustful, and personal relationships with teammates and stakeholders.
A completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree in economics, IT, or a related field, with several years of experience in procurement.
Practical experience with SAP master data and/or accounts payable. Experience with procurement tools like Coupa is highly desirable.
Strong affinity for IT, preferably with experience as a Key User in procurement tools like Coupa and proficient in SAP MM (ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA). Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and understanding of computer systems, including server, client, data center, and software concepts.
Fluent English skills are mandatory; professional German or French skills are highly desired. Knowledge of other European languages, e.g., Italian, is advantageous.
