Flowserve is seeking a Regional Operational Excellence Leader (M / F / T) based at the Ettlingen site. This role involves coordinating continuous improvement processes across five European sites, driving results, and leading change management activities. The position reports to the Manufacturing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Analyze and enhance processes within Manufacturing & Supply Chain functions, including Warehouse & Logistics, Internal Machining, Purchasing, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Methodology.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects to optimize operations and boost process efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and dashboards to track operational performance and implement necessary adjustments.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training on new processes, support teams, and create/update Standard Operating Procedures.
- Change Management: Facilitate initiatives to support operational and organizational improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant operational experience.
- Experience leading in a matrix environment.
- Background in Planning and/or Project Management.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, complying with company policies.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to coordinate local and remote teams to complete complex projects timely.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills across various organizational levels.
- Familiarity with financial metrics and manufacturing accounting principles.
- Proficient with ERP systems and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
