  3. Develop and steer a forward-looking product and technology roadmap, ensuring synergy between user needs, market trends, and corporate objectives
  4. Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle—from discovery and modeling to validation and implementation—ensuring seamless integration across all strategic initiatives
  5. Monitor and evaluate project KPIs and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize decision-making and enhance delivery outcomes
  6. Act as a strategic liaison across cross-functional teams, ensuring transparent communication, stakeholder alignment, and shared understanding of requirements across departments
  7. Champion Agile best practices at a strategic level, providing leadership in planning, iteration reviews, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement
  8. Own the strategic prioritization of the product backlog, balancing near-term business impacts with long-term innovation and transformation goals
  9. Enable enterprise-wide coordination, fostering alignment between business units, IT teams, and external partners to streamline execution and mitigate risks
  10. Embed excellence and consistency in requirements engineering, leveraging cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive quality and innovation across deliverables
What you need is:

  2. Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-reliantly with a high goal orientation
  3. Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within requirements engineering
  4. Familiarity with Systems Engineering and knowledge of ASPICE is a plus
  5. Strong ability to manage diverse stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you're a natural collaborator and team player
  7. Hands-on experience with tools like Polarion X or IBM Jazz
  8. Knowledge of industry best practices in requirements engineering
  9. Proficient in English; German is a plus
