• Aufbau und Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen.

Your mission

To strengthen our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a dedicated individual in Operational Procurement who will support our growth in the field of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with strong organizational skills, reliability, and a passion for energy technology- We offer a hybrid working model, with the expectation of a regular onsite presence in Kempten:

• Procurement: Oversee the procurement process from identifying needs to ensuring timely delivery
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues
• Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
• Market Research: Research market trends, suppliers, and sourcing alternatives
• Contract Management: Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of materials, goods, and supplier performance
• Process Improvement, Inventory Management & Quality Assurance
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Performance Tracking: Track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)

Your profile

• Education: Degree in business, supply chain, or related field (university degree not required).
• Experience: Several years in purchasing; experience in Renewable Energy/BESS/Logistics is a plus
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement, market trends, and supplier dynamics.
• Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating and building relationships with suppliers (domestic/international)
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in German and English -German language skills at C1 level are absolutely essential
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Problem-solving: Ability to resolve supply chain issues
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams like Senior Leadership, Engineering, Project Development, and Finance
