Job Description

Your Tasks

1. Procurement of purchased parts and services according to specifications
2. Support of strategic purchasing in negotiations
3. Order processing and monitoring delivery deadlines
4. Initiating measures in the event of supply bottlenecks
5. Inventory monitoring and requirements analysis
6. Maintenance of master data and invoice verification
7. Process optimization to improve costs and quality

This position is temporary for 2 years.

Qualifications

1. Completed commercial training
2. Professional experience in purchasing
3. Experience in working with ERP systems (ideally SAP)
4. Good written and spoken English skills
5. Communicative personality with negotiating skills and a structured way of working
6. Reliability, willingness to take responsibility and team spirit
