Job description
Tasks
- Commercial support of product groups and monitoring of purchasing processes in accordance with existing concepts and specifications of the purchasing management
- Procurement of purchased parts and external services for assigned product groups in coordination with purchasing management
- Ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services through close cooperation with internal and external interfaces
- Adjustment of master data in the event of deviations (e.g. production plan changes or delays) after coordination with internal customers
- Implementing and tracking procurement concepts as well as measures for process optimization and corrective measures according to specifications
- Carrying out analyses of stock levels, supplier performance and material availability in accordance with specified standards
- Coordination with internal and external interfaces such as production, manufacturing and suppliers to ensure process quality
- Taking on administrative tasks such as document management, preparation of orders and evaluations according to specifications
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office communications clerk or similar
- Ideally further training in the field of purchasing (e.g. business administrator or specialist with a focus on purchasing)
- Several years of experience in purchasing and project management
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and very good SAP skills
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient English (min. B2)
- Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
