Major Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment process.
Employee Onboarding & Orientation
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
Prepare and manage HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
Attendance & Leave Management
Track employee attendance and leave records.
Process leave applications in accordance with company policies.
Payroll Assistance
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and overtime data.
Ensure timely submission of payroll-related documents.
Training & Development Support
Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Maintain training records and assist in skill development initiatives.
Policy Compliance & Implementation
Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
Assist in communicating HR policies to staff.
Employee Engagement & Communication
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Performance Management Assistance
Assist in collecting and maintaining performance appraisal data.
Coordinate review meetings with managers and employees.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare HR-related reports for management review.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
